From resuming work and production to full work and full production
With the premise of ensuring effective epidemic prevention and control, Anhui Province has accelerated the overall coordinated resumption of work among upstream and downstream companies, industry-academia-research collaborations, and large, medium, and small-sized enterprises. Economic operation has shifted from the resumption of work and production to full-capacity operation, and industrial production order and level have significantly recovered. Overall, the level is relatively leading in the country, and the entire product chain is produced in Anhui. Starting from February this year, from chip design and sample testing to the completion of simulation verification, Hefei Micro-Nano and the East China Optoelectronic Integrated Device Research Institute overcame the impact of the epidemic, quickly assembled a joint task force of more than 30 people, gave full play to the enterprise's technological advantages in the field of micro-electromechanical system sensors and the research institute's industrialization capabilities, and completed the development of new products in just one month, far lower than the average cycle of 6 months in the same industry. In the past 10 days, we have mainly focused on industrial expansion, supplementing many key equipment and improving production capacity. So far, a daily production capacity of 100,000 units has been formed. Industrial synergy strengthens the "chain," and the resumption of work and production has changed from "slow walking" to "fast running." At Hefei Lenovo, due to the guaranteed supply of upstream raw materials, coupled with the innovative adoption of the "shared employee" model this year, the number of employees on duty has even exceeded that of the same period last year. In March, the company's daily production capacity of notebook computers and servers reached a maximum of 120,000 units, with a monthly output exceeding 3 million units, and a single-month output value exceeding 10 billion yuan for the first time, all three indicators hitting record highs. By coordinating resources from all aspects, we can ensure that all epidemic prevention and control work is implemented in place. Lenovo Technology has been able to quickly and orderly resume production and operation in a short period of time, and its predetermined strategic plan is also steadily advancing. At Changhong Midea, the key tasks after the resumption of work and production are to secure overseas orders and key products. In order to quickly solve the problem of the shortage of workers on the production line, the group headquarters urgently organized 600 volunteer employees to rush to aid from afar. In just three days, the daily output of refrigerators at the overseas manufacturing company soared from 5,000 units to 10,000 units, ensuring the timely delivery of overseas orders. 10,200 units is our historical record high, and now we have completed nearly 12,300 units (highest daily output), and we will continue to increase. Judging from the current production situation, we can basically achieve our (annual) expected goals. We are making up for lost time, catching up on schedules, and completing overdue tasks. To date, the resumption rate of more than 17,616 large-scale industrial enterprises in the province has reached 99.6%, and the production resumption rate has also approached 90%. Monitoring and analysis show that as industrial enterprises shift from the resumption of work and production to full-capacity operation, the industrial power consumption situation continues to improve. In late March, the daily power consumption of large-scale industrial enterprises in the province has reversed the downward trend, turning from negative to positive growth, and is expected to continue to rise. Our efforts in scheduling and policy support, using large enterprises to drive small enterprises and promote the recovery of the industrial chain, show that some large industries, especially raw material industries in manufacturing, have grown by about 10% in January and February, and the results are quite obvious.
